SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!! Conversion started! Life change, so needing to sell. I bought from a guy who bought directly from School District and he did not use. The bus was only used as a Castro Valley Handicap School Bus for its life. Garaged. Have Clean Title and records from them. Runs great! I have many more pictures so please ask or just come over! All items are BRAND NEW LISTED EXCEPT THE WEDGEWOOD STOVE/OVEN. It came from friends camper, works great. SOLAR INSTALL IS COMPLETE! (RV SOLUTIONS GRASS VALLEY) The back area is the bed which is on struts, and drawers and more storage areas plus the Water tank is down on floor by side handicap door and Solar access is from rear door, as can see from picture. Fuse box is hooked up, 2 electric outlets so far. The gas line is run to back of bus to be able to hook up propane-but can change where you want to go to. Water line is run as well, pump needs to be applied(in box). The shower needs to be finished off inside and under with appropriate plumbing under drain to the line. The remaining open area in bus can be for table/seat - build what you like. I need 1 more 245 tire,a 235 on it right now as had to put on a smaller one for time being, but tires are ok. Driver seat bit worn out but doable. Passenger side, small area behind rear tire needs a little body work, friend started to pound out)
